Return Policy.
We will not accept broken or damaged goods and the product must be in the original packaging and condition. All of the products we sell come with the manufacturers warranty, as well, for your added protection. Please do not write or mark on the product box. Fehrenbach Cuckoo Clocks and Gifts guarantees your satisfaction for 10 days from the date you receive your purchase. If you are not satisfied with the product return it to us, in the original packing, for a full refund of the purchase price. In order to return the clock to us the following conditions MUST be met: 1) Returns must have the return approval of Fehrenbach Black Forest Clocks LLC 2) The components are to be carefully packed inside the original clock carton with the chains secured, cuckoo door locked and bellows clips on. 3) The original carton MUST be free of non-factory writing, stickers, address labels etc. 4) The original clock is to be placed inside another carton. The clock carton is not meant to be a shipping carton and thus the clock may get damaged on its way back to us. 5) Full credit will not be given for returns that do not meet the above conditions and will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee!
